Our History is Rich and Full of Tradition

There’s a sweet magic in the air at the Saco Motel. Our authentic 1950’s style, once a standard for affordable family lodging, is now a unique icon of nostalgic Americana, with all the modern conveniences and comforts of home.

The Saco Motel was purchased by a new owner in 2019 from the original family that operated it for 33 years and we want to continue the tradition of offering clean and comfortable lodging at affordable prices.

You can be assured of friendly, personal, and courteous service from the owners, their family, and their staff. We are truly in the hospitality business!

Family traditions shouldn’t be broken. Sons and daughters of our older guests now bring their children and we continue to see many retired friends that have been staying with us every year for over 30 years.  We have made a commitment to continue our tradition for our repeat guests as well as new ones.

The Saco Motel does not offer any refunds to guests once checked-in and pre-paid for lodging, regardless of length of stay. The Saco Motel asks that you consider and respect other guests and its neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to the Saco Motel property, that require specialist cleaning or repair will be charged to the registered guest.
